This role includes a competitive commission structure designed for high performers.
Commission paid on every successful new partner signed
Earnings linked directly to volume, quality, and scale
Transparent monthly & quarterly targets
Strong upside for those who consistently exceed expectations
7 hours of night shift differential (This role will involve working night shifts (US hours))
What you'll be doing:
Driving high-volume outbound activity, with a strong focus on cold calling and partner acquisition
Researching and identifying new venue partners, building a consistent and proactive prospecting pipeline
Engaging decision-makers, pitching TLC’s offering and closing new partnerships
Reconnecting with previously engaged or inactive venues to unlock new opportunities
Delivering compelling, consultative sales conversations that bring our products to life
Managing your activity in line with daily KPIs, call targets and conversion goals
Keeping CRM systems accurate and up to date to track performance and pipeline health
Collaborating with the team, sharing insights and bringing energy to a target-driven sales environment
Supporting partner onboarding, product queries and reporting requirements as needed
Who we're looking for:
Experience in telesales, cold calling or lead generation
Comfortable operating in a KPI-driven, target-focused role with high daily call volumes
A resilient, self-motivated “hunter” mindset with a passion for winning new business
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and influence quickly over the phone
Positive, energetic attitude, someone who thrives in a fast-moving, performance-led environment
