What you'll be doing:
Designing and developing campaign Key Visuals ready for build and rollout
Translating approved concepts into polished artwork across digital, print, and presentation formats
Responding to solus design briefs with strong conceptual thinking
Rolling out master visuals across multiple touchpoints while maintaining creative consistency
Delivering high‑quality creative for websites, digital campaigns, emailers, decks, and print
Collaborating closely with creatives, strategists, and account teams
Preparing and presenting roughs and creative development stages internally
Managing multiple live campaigns while meeting tight deadlines
Keeping files, artwork, and font libraries organised and production‑ready
Contributing positively to the culture, energy, and craft of the Creative Studio
Who we're looking for:
Proven experience in an agency or similar fast‑paced environment
A strong portfolio demonstrating Key Visual development and design thinking
Experience working to briefs, deadlines, and multiple stakeholders
Comfortable juggling parallel campaigns with shifting priorities
Technical Skills
Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
PowerPoint (essential)
Email design and build experience
Basic understanding of web design
After Effects and Premiere Pro (advantageous)
Strong typography, layout, and composition skills
Confident with file structuring, font management, and artwork prep
