What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll support our CEO, MD and wider leadership team, helping the company run smoothly, creatively and with the TLC flair we’re known for. This role is perfect for someone who loves variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment and genuinely enjoys helping people bring their best to work.
Executive Support
Support the CEO, MD and Board with daily admin, diary management and priorities.
Get to know TLC’s values, people, ways of working and champion them every day.
Prepare documents, decks and presentations.
Coordinate meetings, travel and logistics.
Take minutes, track actions and represent leadership in internal meetings when needed.
Support client/partner meetings alongside the MD.
Projects & Events
Support key business projects and TLC Spaces initiatives.
Organise client entertainment, gifting and team events (Frankie’s, Local Culture Club).
Manage new starter processes.
Client & CRM
Build strong client relationships through calls and emails.
Log all interactions in the CRM and maintain JET reports.
Research and prep for meetings and pitches.
People Support
Assist across the employee lifecycle; talent acquisition, onboarding, performance and offboarding.
Help maintain compliance and support global People & Culture programmes.
Office & Operations
Own the smooth day‑to‑day running of the office; supplies, equipment, vendors and reception.
Arrange hospitality, room bookings and internal events.
Maintain Health & Safety standards.
Act as the global ambassador for office management across all TLC markets.
Lead on ad‑hoc projects that keep the business moving.
Who We’re Looking For
Previous EA experience supporting senior leaders or a Board.
Strong Microsoft Office skills.
High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Highly organised, detail‑focused and calm under shifting priorities.
Great communicator with strong relationship‑building skills.
Positive, flexible, proactive and a genuine team player.
Fluent in English and Italian
