You’ll be the friendly, knowledgeable voice of TLC, supporting customers and ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. You’ll work across departments, liaise with partners, and keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
You’ll be the first point of contact for participants, providing support via helpline, email, and chat. With a sharp eye for detail and a commitment to quality, you’ll ensure every interaction reflects TLC’s standards of excellence.
What You’ll Be Doing
Delivering Quality Service
- Provide thoughtful, proactive support to participants
- Maintain high standards in every interaction
- Listen actively and respond with care and clarity
Supporting Project Management
- Follow campaign mechanics and project guidelines precisely
- Plan your day effectively and manage priorities
- Ensure all forms and processes are completed accurately
Client-Facing Excellence
- Keep clients and internal teams informed and aligned
- Respond to calls and emails promptly and professionally
- Resolve complaints efficiently, with empathy and urgency
- Communicate campaign terms clearly and consistently
- Handle personal data securely and in line with GDPR
Collaborating Across Teams
- Work closely with Customer Service, Account Management, and Partnerships & Content teams
- Share updates and insights to support campaign success
- Uphold TLC’s reputation through respectful and clear communication
