Account Manager - Campaign Success
We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy Customer Success & Product Manager to lead key client campaigns and champion the adoption of TLC’s owned digital platforms in Brazil.

What you'll be doing
Own the end-to-end delivery of assigned client campaigns, ensuring they launch on time, on budget and to brief
Act as the main point of contact for clients during campaign delivery, building trusted relationships and managing expectations
Coordinate cross-functional teams (creative, fulfilment, tech, insights) to resolve issues and maintain momentum
Monitor campaign performance and optimise execution to meet agreed KPIs; provide clear, actionable reports and recommendations
Manage campaign budgets, invoices and partner fulfilment to ensure accurate financial control
Lead quality assurance checks on assets, customer journeys and reward fulfilment to maintain outstanding customer experience
Support post-campaign debriefs, capture learnings and identify upsell or renewal opportunities
Maintain accurate records in CRM and project management tools and report on pipeline, risks and outcomes
Who we're looking for
Proven experience managing digital or rewards-led marketing campaigns, client accounts or programme delivery
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with confidence liaising at all levels
Organised and detail-oriented with experience managing multiple projects and deadlines
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and translate it into clear recommendations
Commercially aware — able to manage budgets and spot opportunities for growth
Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, scale-up environment
Proactive, client-focused and resilient under pressure
Experience with CRM and project management tools; familiarity with loyalty platforms or fulfilment networks is beneficial
