This is a high-impact role where you’ll take ownership of local B2B marketing strategy and execution. You’ll be responsible for creating, building and executing integrated campaigns that generate demand, nurture engagement and drive revenue growth. Working closely with our Global HQ marketing team, you’ll bring global campaigns to life in your market, tailoring messaging, optimising channels and ensuring every initiative lands with impact.
You’ll be the bridge between global strategy and local execution, collaborating with sales, telemarketing and creative teams to create and deliver campaigns that land with impact. From creating highly personalised direct marketing, refining nurture workflows and organising events, to tracking performance and sharing insights, you’ll play a key role in driving demand through the funnel.
What you’ll be doing
- Develop and deliver a highly creative, insight-led B2B marketing plan across online and offline channels, executing attention-grabbing campaigns that generate leads and deliver real impact. Localise and activate global campaigns, adapting messaging and tactics to maximise relevance and results
- Own campaign performance in your market- coordinating teams, tracking metrics, optimising activity and reporting back with recommendations
- Drive local email marketing, content creation, social, PR and events and work with the global team to support on SEO, website content and analytics where required
- Track ROI, share learnings and continuously improve campaign effectiveness
- Motivate sales and telemarketing teams to follow through on key initiatives
- Drive CRM activity and support award entries with strategic thinking
- Build journalist relationships and raise TLC’s profile in the press
- Maintain brand standards and implement updates from Group across sales materials
What you’ll bring
- Some experience in B2B marketing, ideally in demand generation, campaign management or performance marketing
- Proven ability to deliver multi-channel campaigns that drive qualified leads and measurable pipeline
- Experience localising global assets with a sharp eye for audience relevance
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools (Microsoft Dynamics preferred)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail across multiple projects
- A proactive, results-driven mindset with a desire to learn and grow
- Confidence in analysing campaign data and optimising based on performance
- Excellent communication skills to keep global and local stakeholders aligned
- Commercial awareness and a clear understanding of how marketing drives sales outcomes
- A collaborative approach and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Curiosity, initiative and a passion for making things happen
