We are hiring a Partnerships Manager to grow and nurture our network of rewards partners, from restaurants and wellness brands to activity providers, who play a vital role in delivering the incredible consumer experiences that fuel our brand campaigns.

This role is all about building long-term relationships with partners, understanding their business needs, and ensuring they see the value in being part of our rewards network. You’ll work closely with our internal teams to ensure our campaigns deliver value for everyone, our partners, our clients, and our consumers.
What You'll Be Doing
- Growing and nurturing TLC’s UK partner network, across sectors including dining, wellness, and activities
- Building strong relationships with partner businesses, acting as their go-to contact and champion within TLC
- Proactively identifying and securing new partners, spotting commercial opportunities and aligning them with client and campaign needs
- Using our CRM system to manage partner data, track interactions, and report on performance to drive long-term value
- Delivering and maintaining high-quality partner experiences, ensuring their participation in campaigns is seamless and valuable
- Identifying new partner opportunities, pitching the benefits of our network and campaigns with clarity and enthusiasm
- Owning the end-to-end partner onboarding and retention process, including data accuracy, contract management, and performance reporting
- Contributing to the evolution of our rewards portfolio, bringing new ideas and insights to enhance campaign delivery
- Ensuring TLC’s reward propositions are always best-in-class, from feasibility testing to in-market performance
What we're looking for:
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive edge
- Proven experience in partner recruitment and relationship management
- Solid presentation skills and a flair for storytelling
- Strategic negotiation talent with a clear commercial mindset
- Proactive and curious, with a drive to seek out new opportunities and optimise existing ones
- Confident with CRM systems and data-driven reporting
- Attending relevant industry events to build relationships and spot new opportunities
- Organised, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Calm under pressure, collaborative by nature, and always solutions-focused
