We’re looking for a confident and commercially minded Partnerships Manager to join our high-performing team.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading the recruitment of new brand partners and managing existing relationships with care and commercial acumen.
- Negotiating and securing compelling deals that align with client briefs and business strategy.
- Acting as a champion for our product portfolio—internally across teams and externally in client-facing scenarios.
- Meeting monthly KPIs for new partner acquisition and retention.
- Collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
- Mentoring junior team members and contributing to a positive, high-energy team culture.
- Keeping our partner database accurate and up to date.
- Conducting research and feasibility assessments for new product ideas.
- Ensuring all campaigns are delivered on time and to the highest standard.
Who we’re looking for:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in partnership management or sales, with a strong track record of success.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build rapport.
- A confident negotiator with a commercial mindset and attention to detail.
- Organised, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative team player who leads by example and supports others to succeed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
