What You'll Be Doing
You'll be responsible for identifying, connecting with, and securing partnerships with new TLC partners while maintaining strong relationships with existing partners. Most of the role involves outbound calls, building relationships, and closing agreements.
- Research and source potential partners through various channels
- Cold call and engage new prospects to secure contracts
- Follow up with previously interested venues to move discussions forward
- Clearly communicate TLC’s value proposition to potential partners
- Maintain accurate records and ensure strong relationships with all partners
- Conduct feasibility research and handle product requests
- Organize daily tasks effectively to meet targets
Who We're Looking For
You have experience in sales, relationship-building, and negotiation, with a strong ability to engage others and drive results.
- Skilled in fostering partnerships and securing agreements
- Strong research and analytical abilities to assess potential partners
- Sales experience, ideally in telesales or media sales, with a focus on meeting targets
- Excellent communication skills with a confident and persuasive approach
- Self-driven and able to work independently while collaborating with teams
- Organized and capable of multitasking in a dynamic environment
- Native/Bilingual Arabic speaker
