About the Role:
As a TLC Senior Account Manager, you will be at the forefront of managing day-to-day key client relationships and directing the Client Service team(s) in local markets. Your role will involve working on specific business pieces and ensuring the highest standards of client service delivery and excellence.
What You'll Be Doing:
Quality of Service:
- Maintain high standards within the business.
- Understand and clarify client and internal briefs.
- Lead the creative and strategic process.
- Ensure all work is of superior quality and error-free.
- Communicate effectively and persuasively.
Project Management:
- Take ownership of projects and ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate with local markets to manage campaigns from brief to fulfilment.
- Anticipate and meet deadlines, ensuring proactive planning.
- Multitask across projects and clients efficiently.
- Manage production of printed and digital materials.
Client Service:
- Develop and maintain excellent client relationships.
- Provide consultancy and advisory services to clients.
- Evaluate promotion effectiveness and review campaign performance.
- Act as an ambassador for TLC’s services.
Strategic Planning:
- Identify key objectives in client briefs.
- Develop strategic recommendations and evaluate their effectiveness.
Sales Support:
- Identify opportunities to develop further business with existing and new clients.
- Support bids and assist with pitches, including job costing and proposal writing.
Commercial:
- Ensure payment arrangements and billing schedules are agreed upon and enforced.
- Optimize the profitability of campaigns and ensure legal compliance.
What We're Looking For:
- 3-4 years of experience in a similar role.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Keen to develop in a new role.
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for work.
- Strong relationship-building skills.
- Proactive, approachable, and able to inspire confidence.
- Creative thinker with a diplomatic and professional demeanour.
- Willingness to travel overseas.
