We're seeking an exceptional Strategic Planner who can transform client briefs into award-winning campaigns. If you're a proven strategy/planning professional who thrives on building relationships, driving innovation, and closing deals, we want to talk to you.
As our Strategic Planner, you'll be the bridge between Business Development and Creative teams, elevating our work and winning transformative campaigns. This isn't just about selling rewards – it's about crafting comprehensive solutions that include creative, digital interfaces, and measurable results.
You're not just experienced – you're dynamic, connected, and genuinely passionate about great work. You understand that selling is an art form, and you have the confidence and charisma to close deals at the highest level. Most importantly, you bring the perfect blend of strategic thinking and relationship building that turns clients into long-term partners.
What You'll Do
- Transform client briefs into compelling 360° campaigns
- Drive significant client growth and secure repeat business
- Mentor and elevate team performance in pitching and client relations
- Build and nurture high-value client relationships
- Lead strategic initiatives that maximize revenue through integrated campaign solutions
- Pioneer data-driven strategies that deliver measurable ROI
- Champion the productization of data within TLC's global strategy
What We're Looking For
- Strategic planning experience at an award-winning agency
- Proven track record of winning and growing major accounts
- Deep expertise in media sales, advertising, and digital marketing
- Strong commercial mindset and consultative selling skills
- Ability to challenge and elevate creative briefs
- Natural leader who inspires teams and builds lasting client relationships
- Data-savvy with understanding of PII considerations
- Confident negotiator at senior levels
- Self-motivated team player who brings positive energy
- Passionate about continuous learning and excellence
