At TLC Worldwide, we're revolutionizing the loyalty and rewards industry, and we're looking for a strategic Marketing Manager to help write our next chapter. Based in our vibrant New York headquarters, you'll be at the helm of our demand generation initiatives, crafting compelling strategies that drive revenue growth and strengthen our market position.
What You'll Do:
Transform marketing strategies into measurable business results by:
- Architecting and executing comprehensive demand generation campaigns that align marketing with sales objectives
- Leading innovative multi-channel initiatives across PR, media, and events, including cutting-edge webinar programs
- Leveraging marketing automation and AI to deliver high-quality leads that drive revenue
- Building data-driven dashboards that showcase marketing impact and inform strategic decisions
- Managing budget allocation and ROI tracking across all demand generation activities
- Fostering strong relationships with cross-functional teams including RevOps, Sales, Finance, and Customer Success
What We're Looking For:
- 3-5 years of proven demand generation experience, preferably in B2B marketing
- Track record of successful campaign development and execution
- Expert knowledge of marketing automation and CRM tools (D365, Dot Digital, Yesware)
- Strong background in digital marketing and ABM strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Sharp analytical mindset with exceptional problem-solving abilities
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Experience in loyalty and rewards industry is a plus
