Job Summary:
This Revenue Operations Manager will drive alignment between marketing, sales and client success teams and optimise revenue processes, enhancing operational efficiency. The Rev Ops Manager will work closely with local leaders as well as working with the global Revenue Operations team to champion best practices from across the 14 markets.
This is not a role to ‘keep the lights on’ and run a business cadence so we need someone who is a change agent and loves building roadmaps and directing projects to success. Some of the exciting projects you could be working on include:
- Customer journey value mapping
- Market sizing, ICP and Personas
- Account/contact segmentation and scoring
- Marketing automation setup
- Lead scoring & routing
- Lead Development/Sales Engagement (sequences)
- Win/Loss Program and reporting
- CPQ
Please note: We are looking for candidates who have had good experience in marketing automation and marketing ops as there is lots of work to be done there!

Qualifications:
- Experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related field
- Familiarity with CRM systems as well as martech/marketing automation
- Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to influence stakeholders
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to prioritise efforts towards those actions with the greatest results
- Detail-oriented with an ability to balance accuracy with speed of execution
Desirable Skills:
- Strong marketing operations experience
- Project management experience
- Team management experience. The ambition is for this role is for it to eventually develop into a leadership position
