We're looking for an accomplished Managing Director to guide our country business towards sustainable growth and success. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization's future and make your mark in a role where your leadership can truly shine!
What you'll do:
- Develop and implement strategic business plans
- Lead and inspire our senior management team
- Drive financial performance and ensure profitability
- Align operations with our short and long-term objectives
- Foster an innovative and productive business culture
- Build and nurture key client and stakeholder relationships
- Motivate and direct our sales team to achieve outstanding results
- Create tailored solutions to meet evolving client needs
- Adapt sales strategies based on market insights
- Personally manage and grow our top-tier client portfolio
What we're looking for:
- Extensive experience in senior management roles
- Proven track record in leadership and strategic planning
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in financial management and data analysis
- Commercial acumen with a focus on value creation
- High level of integrity and professionalism
- Engaging presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Experience in Loyalty/SaaS/Media/B2B sales is advantageous
