What you'll be doing: 

• Generate new meetings with potential clients across various industries
• Be a top class ambassador for TLC, often being the first point of contact
• Contribute significantly to TLC's growth plans

Key Responsibilities:

• Outreach to prospective clients using phone, email, and social media
• Conduct basic research on target sectors and companies
• Utilize CRM system for timely and relevant client communication
• Build and maintain a professional LinkedIn presence
• Articulate TLC's solutions for customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings with our BD team
• Address initial client concerns and objections
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions

Ideal Candidate:

• 2+ years of telemarketing or sales experience
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Client-focused mindset with high emotional intelligence
• Confidence, bounce back ability and self-motivated
• Proficient in CRM systems and basic computer skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in Loyalty/Rewards/SaaS/Media sales is desirable
